Bio-weapons. Fauci and his thugs were developing a disease called LEISHMANIASIS. The disease lives in a parasite and the parasite is transmitted to its victim via a bite from a sand fly. They were in a laboratory testing the effects of the disease and the ability of the sand flies to bite their victims. So they had some beagle puppies lying down on a lab table, shoot them up with something to paralyze them so they couldn't move, and then build a mesh tent around the puppy's head. They would introduce the sand flies into the tent where they could not escape. The sand flies out of anger would bite the puppies' head and face repeatedly. It was excruciatingly painful for the puppies, so they would scream. The lab workers didn't want to listen to the puppies cry out in pain, so they cut the vocal cords of the puppies. The puppies lay there unable to move and unable to scream until they were slowly killed by the sand flies.
