Investigators conducted numerous interviews with Postal Service employees working on October 21st and October 22nd, who were associated with the inbound/outbound processing of trailer ID<REDACTED>. None of the employees interviewed were able to corroborate <REDACTED> allegation.

In addition, Postal Service employees working on October 21st could not recall directing <REDACTED> to proceed to Lancaster,as he stated in his allegation.

Does that sound like vindication to you? That sounds like they basically attempted to refute every claim of his.
