In one of the posts yesterday on this topic, the attached article said the ghost writer deleted his digital files as soon as a special counsel was appointed but 'before the subpoena was issued for them', so law enforcement did not arrest him. They were able to reconstruct most of the digital files from his hard drive but some sections were corrupted and others overwritten by newer files.
