I say this with so much contempt, disgust, and disrespect that she deserves; What a dumb ass fucking bitch. (Sotomayor)

The ruling prompted a vigorous dissent from liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor. "When I see a bird that walks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I call that bird a duck," she wrote in reference to bump stocks enabling semiautomatic rifles to operate like machine guns. Sotomayor also took the rare step of reading a summary of her dissent in court.

Legal definition of a "Machinegun"

26 U.S. Code § 5845 - Definitions U.S. Code (b)Machinegun The term “machinegun” means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger.

To reiterate; Legally (and technically correct) a "machinegun" is a firearm that shoots more than one round with ONE pull of the trigger.

Perfect example; burst. If you squeeze the trigger ONCE, and 3 bullets are shot by the gun AUTOMATICALLY.

Know how many rounds are discharged by a firearm equipped with a bump stock?

One. Each. Time. You. Pull. The. Trigger.

When you pull the trigger on a bump-stock equipped rifle, ONE bullet is shot. It isn't until you pull the trigger a SECOND TIME that another shot is fired.

Sotomayor just said that a chicken has 2 legs, makes weird noises and lays eggs, therefore a chicken is a duck.

Nope; 2 completely & totally different animals.

So dishonest. Not that I'd expect anything else from the commies, but stil......
