I believe Q addressed this in #1052. And he has a point because As a man born in the USA, I can tell you what I would do if some door-to-door "militia" rang my gate bell demanding to see 'my papers.' One man w/ a (licensed) Gatling gun can do a hell of a lot.

Ordinary patriots such as us do not need to die at the hands of other patriots, which is exactly what the situation would sporadically cause.
