My view of Jesus is:

He was and is the Messiah promised to Israel & by extension the rest of the world. And yes, he came in the flesh.

He was and is God's son, the "first born of many bretheren", hence the "big brother" term I used. He perfectly represented God's true character to us unholy men. God is holy, so we needed a mediator to come back to God.

He is the Lord of all creation, a position he earned by obeying God 100%, and now has all power and authority in Heaven and on earth.

I assume we only differ on his identity as God? Explain Paul's statements here:

5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

I genuinely want to know if I'm wrong, but I see more evidence to my position than to yours, though I used to believe he was God. I remember those days of my walk. I would get all confused in my mind as to who to pray to lol

Now I just pray to my Dad! Jesus made it possible. When God sees me He sees Jesus, for I am also a man. Jesus made mankind as a UNIT clean in God's sight, whether they know it or not. Those who know have access to God. Those who don't? Idk. Perhaps God has some tricks up His sleeve to reach them, as we know no one comes to the Father except the son draw him, and the reverse is true at the same time, yes? Quite a thing to ponder.

Do you claim to know for a fact that your position is true? I'd like to see more evidence, lets say, from the Old Testament, which alludes to the Messiah being God Himself coming to the earth.

As I said in the initial reply, I don't know for certain. I'm open to your position being correct. Show me
