Enough of the population to account for 1 in 10 children being assaulted by a pedo by the time they turn 18. 1 in 5 children will be targeted online. 93% of all child sex victims will know their attacker. Most children's reports won't be believed for the first few times and will have to endure until they're finally believed.
As a survivor of a pedo attacker, this one hits real close and real hard. If I had my way, with the amount of evidence usually found on these "people" I would suspend habeas corpus for pedos nationwide and try, convict, sentence, and immediately put to death everyone who gets caught predating on children. Like, say one gets arrested on a Monday, by that following Friday they're swimming with fish at the bottom of the ocean.
My 13 yr old daughter and I have seen an uptick in possible pervert traffic on Roblox. So much so, that we're thinking about working with a pedo catcher group in FL to start outing these pervs. As soon as she gets on that game (which she NEVER talks to anyone online, I heavily monitor her online activity and have taught her OPSEC Rules) we see messages flowing back and forth in the chat streams of tons of people asking for ages, names, genders, etc. I'm sure some of them are legit kids, but a lot are most likely adults hunting for kids.
I watched the Shawn Ryan Show episode with Ryan Montgomery, the world's #1 ethical hacker. He runs 561 Predator Catchers with a MMA fighter. They go all over FL outing these freaks. In that episode, in real time, they go to a teen chat room hosted in TN where Shawn lives. Montgomery poses as a 13 yr old girl, and within 5 sec, they find a 47 yr old male pedo.
Montgomery showcases a few cases he worked on early in this work where he found a politician pedo who owned 5 pedo chat sites on the dark web, turned over all the evidence, and absolutely no one wanted to touch it, not even the FBI. Dude ended up being caught by LEOs anyway and died in prison. The inmates who run the chow lines refused to feed the guy and he died of starvation. Montgomery hacked into one of the sites and was able to get the goods on the 4 other sites, too. He had printouts of some of the chats where these sickos were using the code words we all know, "cheese pizza," "sausages," etc. This happened before the FBI released the list of pedo code words. So, I'm thinking it was his early work that led to the FBI's releasing of the pedo code words.
