How could anyone trust another injection or 'therapy'?

Even among the "Anti-vax scientists and Doctors" they have different narratives about the jab and it's side effects. Nobody even know clearly what are all the side effects and what is the time span of the effects. Nobody knows exactly how many people died or got crippled? But we are going to take another jab??!!
