I really think that things like this push people away from Q in the end. They're given false hope in things that are just not possible. I don't know if people are deliberately preying on those who aren't familiar with basic law, or if they're ignorant of it themselves. Either way, people get sick of the build up and anticipation of an event, only for it to never happen. It's especially frustrating when said event never had a chance in hell of happening to begin with.

Just stop giving people false hope, just to yank it out from under them time and time again. This isn't Peanuts. Eventually people aren't going to try to kick the ball again.
