Prosecution agreed to delay to review that and Merchan pushed sentencing back to at least mid.September to allow time to review all.motions.

My.personal.opinion: Bragg and Merchan know their case is shot and will be reversed on appeal. They are trying this save face and delay all that from happening. This allows MSM to keep the "convicted felon" narrative going a little longer. Merchan will toss case because some evidence was inadmissible and Bragg will not prosecute.
