Thanks for posting Q2610. That is the drop that reveals the original Plan was to push Voter ID in 2019 and have the 2020 election and future elections safeguarded. Obviously, plans can and do change. Thus, "It had to be this way."
If Q had known, and meant, that elections would not actually start being safeguarded until 2022 or 2024 (or later), would he have written "2020+"? Why make himself and the team look foolish or incompetent? Did he do that in other drops?
That sure isn't any kind of effective disinfo to mislead the enemy. ("Ha HAAA, we hoodwinked YOU! We let you WIN!! Suckerrrrs!!" :) LOL
In hindsight, it's a simple matter to assess that Trump will have more of a mandate now, people are more awake now, Biden is more of a senile turnip now. So it's actually sort of OK that 2020 was stolen instead of safeguarded, and we're finally getting around to pushing voter ID half a decade later.
