I'm just surprised Cullin isn't presenting his methodology & evidence in detail in open forum as he did with Vegas instead of like this..Got a lot of respect for his ability from his previous work, but what I see from him here is lacking a rational explaination. That puff of smoke by the railing could be a pyro blank discharge going off under the bunting for all we know...not that I'm saying that is what it was.
