I don’t really loathe what that female posted! Because I have the 1st Amendment Right of free speech - so does she. As long as the comment wasn’t an actual threat to someone’s life. We all have had the tendency to think or say that the world could be better without some person we think is evil. Thumper’s mother had some wise guidance on this topic.
I appreciate the picture of her because this woman does need a lesson. If she ever crosses my path, I WILL HAVE THE MORAL COURAGE TO TELL HER TO HER FACE that I think her post was in poor taste & lacked good manners! Remember those things? They used to be important in our civilized society. Cowards think because they are behind a computer screen or smart phone that they can ignore good taste & good manners. There is nothing like an in your face consequence of one’s bad behavior.

I want to suggest that all these employers grappling with what to do with these individuals, that they provide some kind of etiquette & manners book that the employee must read & be tested on instead of losing one’s job. If they purposefully fail the assignment, then they lose a percentage of their monthly income until they take the assignment seriously and pass the test.
