Unfortunately, that is an opinion. The legal precedent is that anyone born in the USA is a natural born citizen. Unless the 14th amendment is changed.

The only two legal exemptions are:

Children born of alien enemies in hostile occupation (as in time of war, not illegal aliens) Children of diplomatic representatives
