PA cops by the building gave Patsey the gun (from inside his car, cop car) let Patsey "sneak" in along side their cars, an HOUR before, gave Patsey everything he needed and everything THEY needed to take a shot from the watertower, while they had everybody watching MAN on BUILDING! That cop's text along with 15+ cops actions and ALL on video...telling, BUT GEOTUS caught em all. Traps set, Traps success......rethinking tower guy, he may have been good guy not seen by ground cops. Bad guys in audience with tower guy on them, my son's thoughts on this. He could be right, tower guy was Trumps guy.
