It definitely breaches the Nuremberg Codes.

There is a Yuuge 'campaign' of results from NZ, from supposed academics claiming that the Nuremberg code does not apply in the case of Vaccination.

Somehow, I find it hard to believe that them snatcher-grabbers will go door-to-door and force inhabitants down with the help from police, who are already overstretched and not solving crime AT. ALL.

No, they do not have the man-power for that. Also it is not legislation - it is merely a 'framework'. Some peeps will mistake it as a mandate, though. However, there are plenty of one-time vaxxers who now regret ever having done it. So the swell of resistance is growing. I suspect it is a document that has gone through several draughts and will be reviewed again in the manner of continuous improvement that the NZ government claims to do. What really happens is that they take an existing document and add a sentence here and there, so we find a disclaimer on the next page (pg 126):

These special powers were used for the first time during the response to COVID-19. In general terms, they performed well.
