Agreed. This seems pretty much par for the course for how she speaks.
If something is stored on my physical laptop, I know "exactly" where it is. If it is in the cloud, I really have no idea where it is being stored. Somewhere, yes. Exact location, IDK. It is why they came up with the term "cloud" to represent what is happening.
