So every morning I email my husband 3 things I am thankful for because in his line of work, all he hears all day long are complaints and whining, so I decided a while back that nobody should have to listen to complaints all day long without at least something positive to offset the negative, and now he looks forward to the 3 Things email from me each morning. If I miss a day, he will text me to see if I am "okay" because he hadn't heard from me. : )
If there is somebody in your life that you know has a stressful line of work, send them something positive in their workday to help break up the constant flow of negativity. It's the little things in life. : )
