Newsom (and family) obvious bribery by Chinese CCP and less obvious bribery by Mexican cartels makes him vulnerable to be forced to operate as double agent willingly or unwillingly to capture his handlers and all the criminals below him, especially CA AG who is a much more important target. I believe Xavier Becerra is cartel plant and possibly cartel family member.
