Yes. Ultimately ALL is decided by God. But man has free will. At this level on earth, malicious plans are being made and carried out that are affecting us. I'm talking about what we can affect or fight., i.e. child trafficking, illegal immigration, censorship, etc. And it's important to realize who, what and why. Affect what we can on this earth.
