- programmed cell death ( an important process, oddly) is adversely affected
if those two issues were avoided, powerful elites would indeed try to bury and stifle this LONGETIVITY THERAPY, driving human use offshore, and creating fake countertrial papers to denigrate and smear it.

The protein POT1 (protection of telomeres 1) binds the single-stranded 3′ end of the telomere.7 It is a conserved, essential protein and protects telomeres from exonuclease degradation.7 POT1 has also been implicated in the regulation of telomerase-dependent elongation of the telomere. Some studies have suggested that it increases the processivity of telomerase (i.e., its ability to continue to add telomere repeats),8 whereas others have identified a role of POT1 in the negative regulation of telomerase catalytic activity
To get papers published, or to get funding, scientists MUST pretend they are studying an illness, like the paper I cited. Its the same woke issue on 'DNA and IQ' papers.
