Great take! It’s seemed for years that there are cycles on this, and not just one instance of it, but many, across time, playing out.

It seems like it a “Check” move, in check terms, and at some point there will indeed be a checkmate attempt, that will fail, ultimately.

I’m not saying this is the Checkmate move, though it could be, but it does seem like a setup for a Check move.

It just seems to me that we should make our own moves, both in preparation for these, and as preparation for the counter.

Any and all moves should be prayed about to discern if they are being made in obedience or out of willfulness. I suck at this aspect, bigly, so hopefully He just doesn’t let me screw up too bad if that’s the path I take.

Also agreed that the Catholic Church has spearheaded some of these moves, and may do so again, as may many others. It’s hard to fathom the church doing things like this, but from the enemy’s perspective, what better thing to try and use?
