Has POTUS made a statement found not to be true?

Of course he has. He's not perfect. He's not God. He's human, and he makes mistakes. I think it's bizarre that people are getting so upset at those providing examples to what the OP asked.

So here's my example of Trump saying something that's not true: Trump has claimed, several times that his father was born in Germany. This is not true. Trump's father was born in the Bronx. Trump's grandfather was born in Germany, though.

Trump's family also fibbed about their origins for decades, claiming to be Swedish. They did this because so many people viewed Germans negatively, due to WW2. Trump talks about it in his book, The Art of the Deal.
