Maybe, but what I sense is more of a morality / respect kind of thing, and wanting our leader to give off a good impression. The part they are missing is that the crooked politicians have been milking this "decency in public display" for a long time and is the trick they've used to fool these exact same people who desire it. They also don't know about the hidden war. If they learned what we know on this site they'd give Trump a pass on it..
