I made a post listing the most dirt cheap way to gather (10) days worth of food and water for (3) adults for <$130 from your local grocery store, etc. complete with prices, calorie, protein, fat, counts etc and all that bullshit.

I'm harping on this repeatedly more than anyone here for the simple reason that it is everyone's responsibility to be their brothers' keeper. You could spend $30 a week from your next paycheck and maybe save your families life.
Hell, if you don't have ANY income, you could go "fly a sign" at an intersection somewhere for an hour or two and then walk directly to Walmart and buy a 20 pound bag of rice and 10 gallons of water for about $25. If you soak rice in water long enough, it's relatively edible. This is completely doable regardless of your situation.
