1.) Put security in school. Airports, concerts, sports, court rooms, etc have it. You can't carry a gun at any of those places. They have only a centralized entry point and metal detectors. A lot of schools with shootings have done this after the fact.

3.) FBI agents that knew ahead of time and did nothing get fired or go to jail.
