Have you been reading the journal Galilean Electrodynamics? If not, don't lecture me about unconventional physics. Have you bent laser beams into a semicircle with gas flows? I have, 50 years ago. Interesting work, but a dead end.

I have been following the reactionless thruster work by NASA. It only got far enough to be interesting, but it never was more than a hint of a possibility. In the case of Brandenburg, I don't understand how he can proceed without accounting for the terrestrial electric and magnetic fields, against which his device may be reacting. So, I'm skeptical.

I've looked up the law. It applies only to patent applications. Do you have a list of banned inventions? (I've had several inventions squelched, so don't tell me I don't know something about this.)
