I think the answer lies in this truth from the word of God...not 3 genders but the effects of sin sickness that some will never recognize nor repent...
Since we are all sinners...the key is repentance that leads to salvation...a free gift of God to those who accept it.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
