Corsodyl, no fluoride and more effective at killing bacteria than listerine(don't really think it does much to the natural bacteria that your own body keeps and replenishes in your mouth as the active ingredient is clorohexidine, which is what is in the most commonly used wound clean/wash that isn't peroxide).

A few days after I nixed fluoride my mind and senses seemed sharper somehow, it was enough of a marked difference to be noticeable.

As a side bonus, when I used fluoride toothpaste I always got the 'whitening' kind because the abrasive or whatever in them made my teeth feel cleaner, so when I started using toothpaste without fluoride I got Biomed whitening.

Funny thing is, all that fluoride 'whitening' crap never did anything of the sort, a few weeks of using Biomed whitening my teeth got NOTICEABLY whiter.....

Biomed has hydroxyapatite in it, which is essentially what tooth enamels is made out of and it has been clinically proven to strengthen enamel, which is basically the whole argument used when it comes to fluoride usage..................

(have a feeling that it actually working and being a alternative to fluoride is the very reason why hydroxyapatite isn't to be found in any of the big-name toothpastes......)
