Who was basically the stereotype of shit landlord. And had numerous citations, investigations, and potential pending criminal charges regarding the state of properties he owns. Both in Colorado and New York among other locales.

Same thing with the building in Chicago. And now it’s happening to a Hotel in Texas. With a reputation for Criminal activity. Whose owner is coming under closer scrutiny of Law Enforcement and City Government
