I'm currently without work because I quit my job. It is funny that in my resignation e-mail I talked about moving on to a "new adventure". (management quickly turned to shit and I was so tired of getting things done without any help for many years and cleaning up after others that failed)

In 2000, I quit my job without having another job and changed careers. It was one of the best things I ever did in my life. My timing was perfect. It was the best time in history to make that change. (it still took 7 months to make that leap)

It's just taking longer than before to get another job because of this f'n economy.
