Y'all should watch Truthstream Media's "The Minds of Men." It details the experiments this dude is talking about. They go in depth with Delgado and a bunch of his comrades. Very creepy stuff. You can find Truthstream Media on YT. They work they do is awesome.

In this playlist is the documentary itself with a bunch of other videos that supplement the documentary as well. I will warn you though, Minds of Men is 3 hr 42 min in length. When I first wenth thru the video, it took me days because it's that chilling. I suggest you take it in smaller doses as well, like say 30-45 min increments. It's a lot of info, and they way they narrate it is a little flat voiced, like a droning professor, but I think that's because of their voices snd speaking styles, more than the info they present. And there's a ton of info they go into, so much info in fact that it's gonna take a few viewings to let it all sink in.

There's also a video in this playlist that goes into Alan Turing, the "grand daddy" of them all, who coined the term and basically built the field of cybernetics himself. It's his original research the Clowns have been steadily working on for decades and inspired them to research the brain.

They're one of my favorite truth tellers and have been doing this for about a decade now, mostly on their own dime, to the point they've struggled to make ends meet at times, so they're more dedicated to the transparency movement than most people I know are followed around here.
