As a Mayor, how would you go against masks, lockdowns, and the vax without coming across as the "Qanon conspiracy quack" ?

I would do what I did here on GAW. First, I read the Pfizer "study" and discovered that it did NOT prove anything regarding transmission of illness. They even SAID it in the study. The entire thing was a fake study.

Later, I discovered that the face mask "mandates" all came from the CDC, and reading through their paper of their GUIDELINE (they called it a guideline, but everyone else falsely claimed it was a mandate), they stated at the bottom of their paper what their legal authority was. It was a federal law that, if you looked it up (as I did), was ONLY for quarantine of ANIMALS and PLANTS -- nothing at all to do with humans -- and ONLY for importation from outside the USA to within.

The federal government has ONLY LIMITED jurisdiction.

So, I would have made public speeches and executive orders recognizing that the entire thing was a sham AND that the federal government had NO JURISDICTION.

I would have also considered arresting some people for COERSION and FRAUD, which can be misdemeanors or felonies, depending on circumstances.

My latest attempt is to force Scott Wiener and many more out of the State Senate for working unlawfully without oaths and bonds.

I think the only way to deal with this is to file a Writ of Quo Warranto in the courts. Courts are corrupt, so expect a dismissal.

Next, appeal and/or file a Collateral suit against the judge and his co-conspirators to void his judgement. If a judge issues any decision, and uses a false statement of fact or law in rendering that judgement, it constitutes "Fraud on the Court."

A judgement rendered by Fraud on the Court is a "Void Judgement," but to make it void, there has to be lawsuit against the judge to make it happen.

I would appeal these to the US Supreme Court and, if mayor, make a big public stink about it.
