I have been following this subject for years. The whistleblowers say that the military picks out pilots that have no family - no kids/spouse. They are selected for their lack of empathy/sympathy. They operate as if they are 'machines'. They pay them more than any other pilot (except the pilots that fly Air Force one and two, allegedly.) And they are not told what they are spraying, only that it is for 'National Security reasons.'

They move them from city to city constantly so they don't develop friendships with others who may ask questions. He said it was very carefully thought out and controlled.
