I'm no military expert, BUT...

At 0:16 in the X video, the operator closest to the security camera is pointing his rifle UP "High-Port" in Military Lingo.

There is a video with an ex-Green Beret "Mike Glover" and an ex-Navy Seal "Shawn Ryan" who demonstrate the differences between "High-Port" and "Low-Port" (Pointing your rifle UP and pointing your rifle DOWN)

NAVY SEALS POINT THEIR RIFLES UP.

Shawn Ryan complains that the other branches of the military always made fun of the Navy Seals for pointing their rifles up as if they were pretending to be Hollywood Action Movie Stars, when Mike actually agreed that pointing the rifle UP is more efficient than pointing the rifle DOWN.

Mike explained that the reason they point their rifles DOWN is because during training they have observers on catwalks above the trainees watching them, so it's safer to point the rifles DOWN (Training Scar)

So if the Navy Seals are notorious for exclusively pointing their rifles UP "High-Port" to the point where all of the other branches of military make fun of them for being Hollywood Action Movie Stars, then maybe there are Navy Seals on the security camera footage.
