Wilson was a tragic figure. A man so weak of will (notice the similarities to todays selected candidates like Biden and Kommielala) that he fell fully under the control of Edward House. It was House who held the despicable evil within himself and ran the country from behind the curtain.
After his Presidency ended and a few years before his death, Wilson said:
“I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.”
(President Woodrow Wilson, a few years before his death in reference to the Federal Reserve act of 1913, which he signed into law. The American Mercury, p. 56. 1919.)
This is not dissimilar to Trumans comments on the C_A and what he intended for it when passing the 1947 National Security Act in an oped in the morning edition of WaPo that disappeared for the evening edition and exactly one month after the JFK assassination.

These two moments in history show the length and breadth of the infiltration and subversion and highlight how that control has accelerated and hardened since the turn of the 20th Century. This hardened shadow tyranny with unlimited resources is why I laugh with contempt for the we want it now and nothing is happening crowd. To be that obtuse is practiced.
