In 1956, Congress commissioned to have a report created to tell THEM what THEIR federal jurisdiction is.
In 1957, a report of the findings was published.
"Jurisdiction Over Federal Areas Within the States" --
The Constitution allows the federal government 3 jurisdictions ("authority to make law"):
(1) Article I, Section 8, Clauses 1-16: Subject matter jurisdiction (a) within the States of the Union and (b) for international matters (money, credit, post offices, bankruptcy courts, immigration, military, foreign commerce);
(2) Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 (and CLAUSE 17 ONLY): EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction (which means ANY and ALL laws) over the District of Columbia and "foreign enclaves" which are the military bases and dockyards within the States, whereby the State legislature gave up its jurisdiction to the federal government, mostly for military purposes, but also some other purposes; and
(3) Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2: EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction (which means ANY and ALL laws) for US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
So, they pass laws that ONLY apply to DC and federal territories, but then they PRETEND the laws apply within the 50 States.
The CDC did this with the fraudulent face mask "guildeline" during the Covid scam.
The legal authority they cited was a federal statute that had ONLY to do with imports of animals and plants "into the United States" (foreign commerce), and DID NOT have anything to do with face masks, humans, or any illnesses.
They just MADE UP OUT OF NOTHING their own authority based on a FALSE and FRAUDULENT interpretation of this statute.
That was the ENTIRE "legal basis" for face masks on airplanes, etc.
And NOT ONE ATTORNEY IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY bothered to read the damn LAW.
