I don't know if its 1 in 3 and 1 in 4, but wouldn't surprise me. They are predators and know how to find easy victims. I was a victim at 5 and at 12 twice. Completely unrelated incidents... It could have been worse, my orifices weren't involved... Although it might have eventually led to that. Some people are service providers...

Oops, I forgot about a third incident when I was 12, a guy who worked at a strip club as a valet had a stripper do things too, so she was essentially a pedo too. My friends and I would go over and drink beer smoke weed and listen to his reel-to-reel music. I guess he thought having the stripper take me into the bedroom was a favor or maybe a joke.

A properly Millstoned Pedo can't harm anyone else. Any type of sexual interaction with a child is rape in my book and deserves the Capital punishment that is now legal in three states. I'm sure the laws are only for the worst offenders though.
