not familiar with horsepaste format, but the normal one-per-day ivermectin tablets are usually 12mg. That said, ivermectin is known for being quite tolerable and non-toxic, it is not easy to achieve anything resembling an overdose if some extra is taken. In your case I would probably draw some calculations based on the paste content % and then try to achieve at least 20mg daily (disclaimer, i'm not a doctor, you'll need to do your own research).
