It’s worth of the time.

• First half - I thought it’s a great summary for newbies.

• Second half - he’s laid out quite good sequence of events in The Plan.

I really liked the definition of red hats, orange hats, yellow hats, green hats, blue hats (at 26:20) and then:

• what’s necessary for each group to wake up,

• in what sequence it needs to happen.

All of this gives a good explanation as to why it’s taking so long.
