Saw a video somewhere the other day where some sort of weapon system was caught trigulating the eye of the hurricane to exactly where it made land fall. They look like lasers on the radar but there were two-three of them at once all fixated on the land fall point. Looked like it was two or three ground based systems from what I saw.

This was definitely a black hat move, likely as a warning as to what they are still capable of.
