The point is that in it Thoth says there is a word that "only a man can pronounce:"
Kinninigan pronounced Kah - nin - again.

There is a YouTube channel of the same name that's been deleted several times over the last several years…
You can find a video to confirm audibly how the word is pronounced. I don't endorse everything on that channel.
Interesting YouTube has a vendetta against it eh?
