The Municipal Service Corporation overlays of each of the 50 states (MSCs) created by the American Bar Association franchises in each state appear to be subsidiaries of the Department of Treasury, Inc., instead of the US Treasury Dept (corporate dept?) as originally suspected. Hawaii and Alaska (supposedly made “sovereign states” in 1959) appear to be treated as “territories” and run from DC as organized crime fiefdoms.

Bar associations in each state, subsidiaries of ABA (domiciled in DC, foreign territory) were all created prior to Oct 15, 1933. This appears to be the date when all 48 state MSCs (created by BARs) officially usurped state sovereignty unlawfully per violation of Article, Section 4 which prohibits a “corporate form of gov’t” within the states.

Date is effective date of Amendment XX which appears to “legitimize” a switch to a “corporate gov’t” unlawfully (ratified in 1932 prior to election, but effective 1933, just in time for FedRes switch to corporation in Oct, 2 months prior to charter exp in Dec).
