How do we punish those that are likely among the most depraved creatures to walk this earth. Mengele, Dirlewanger... These guys are in the same league. They were monsters.

BTW - how are we going to be able to take the (most horribly) abused and try to help them live a 'normal' life? Think of how ppl suffer from bullying or even just being ignored, life can be a pain for them. Take a rescued dog from the dog fighting world, Those poor things are a total wreck, but can be saved - the horrors that these ppl lived through are beyond anything we can likely imagine. They did nothing wrong. For them and their families - we need to do the RIGHT thing(s).
