As someone with Autism. It very much is a double edged sword but I did end up extremely Based.
Though other Autists I know have turned out as stereotypical Leftists.
I have difficulty relating to and interacting with people normally. Which is a regular occurrence with Autism. To the point where I prefer the company of Books, Video Games and Animals to people. Provided I’m not related to said people. I like the company of family well enough
I’ve learned enough to passably fake it long enough to work a shift or attend a College Class. But that’s all it is. Faking it.
And in my experience and from discussions I’ve had with others in similar situations to myself. It’s not overly hard for a High-Functioning Autist to grow somewhat resentful of their normal peers. Even downright Misanthropic.
Unlike some in my position. I haven’t come to hate people in general. Mostly I just find normal people just tiring.
