The guy sounds like he's reading a script, badly.. add to that "CC: InTheMatrixxx" (I don't trust that fuckhead at all) and the strange green tint on the video to make it appear more "spy cam" (can anyone confirm if this is a typical tint to have on videos taken by hidden cams?) and my gut tells me this is bullshit. If anything the coke was for one of any number of the coke head politicians in DC.
