I would use the AAmerican Biker gangs and combat Vets with interrigation skills or what ever makes you talk!! I would never go with conventional means...keep em guessing and scared shitless. Remember what these monsters do to children. They cannot come back from this....ROPE or worse. My neighbors know I NEVER CALL COPS EVER....I have few problems, but I TAKE CARE OF THEM ALL....Keep em guessing.
