If that assassination attempt was a staged event then basically the American people are being lied to on a massive scale by the White Hats as well...and I see no reason for it. Does anyone else believe that it was staged? If so...why would they do that?

Personally I don’t believe it was staged. But the problem with our chosen form of Government. Is ironically the reliance on “We the People”. Collective attention span is short. Part of the Country utterly refuses to vote or participate in elections for a variety of reasons. Ranging from understandable to ridiculously stupid and petty.

And frankly we’ve collectively just come to view Fraudulent Elections and Corruption as just a normal function of our Government. And Internet ‘Lawyers’ and Internet Constitutional ‘Experts’ have further warped peoples understanding of Laws and the Legal System.

Highlighting Corruption and Waste isn’t necessarily enough to motivate people to the Polls. Especially when the people behind the Corruption and Waste can turn around and bribe voters.

So you need various things to keep people motivated to vote and head to the polls. If you’ve noticed the White Hats and to a lesser extent Trump. Tend to talk in generalities when it comes to discussing the specifics of the future. Beyond a couple key policy points.

All we really know is they’ve said it’s going to be amazing. They’ve largely let various ‘Influencers’ and Anons fill in the blanks for people. Thusly I’ve personally at least seen the future described by various influencers and anons as everything from essentially Star Wars and Star Trek. To some sort of Libertarian “Free Market” utopia (Which sounded more like a transactional Business/Corporate Run dystopia for everyone but Crypto Bros and the ultra wealthy from the description they gave but I digress). Hell I even saw a couple people theorizing about the return of Magic, King Arthur and essentially a what’s what of High Fantasy creatures and Tropes.

You want the World to work how you think it should? Get out and vote. You wanna stick it to the established system that tried to kill Y leader? Get out and vote. So on and so Forth.

Modern Politics is a game of influence, propaganda, and to one extent or another lies. Whether it’s lies done deliberately. Lies from ignorance. Or lies by Omission. To earn votes and the political capital to exert your will on the world. Having Truth and Honesty on your side can be useful but it is absolutely far from essential. As any one of History’s famous liars can attest.

Marketing and Public Relations is also essentially Legalized Propaganda. And Memes too can be considered a form of propaganda and manipulation.

And in today’s day and age. With a focus on Individualism. You by necessity need to keep motivation of people to participate up. And make them see the value to themselves in it. You can’t completely rely on a sense of Duty, Patriotism or some other vaguely defined notion to get people to vote how you want
