This is already happening de facto - look at the rulings coming out of the pleadings over the 2020 elections, and the malicious prosecution and abuse of process states attorneys/district attorneys have employed to target political enemies (LAWFARE), as well as the crimes they ignore - this is happening in NUMEROUS jurisdictions. From what I can see, LAWLESSNESS now abounds in the American judicial system in a way that would have been unthinkable even 25 years ago.

Not to mention the fabrication of evidence to obtain a FISA warrant to wiretap the Trump campaign....by the elite Department of Justice.
