Truth there... I'm from Orlando, but live in Nashville.
My Last Winter in Orlando had one day with a low in the upper 30's, 2 days in the 40's, all the rest were above 50. Here in Nashville I have seen times when it was a bit cold in the mornings in Sept (10th Low was 53), mornings that were cool in June (13th Low was 57), only July and August were Hot and they both had lows in the 60s.
We live in a 2,600 Sq Ft rental, AC is 2 Tons, In Orlando you need a 1.5 Ton AC for a 600 Sq Ft Condo.
